Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website and the waitlist. They are short on purpose. By joining the waitlist you accept them and the Privacy Notice.

The Terms and the Privacy Notice are written in English. The English text is the one that applies.

01Who we are and what this covers

This website is run by T0 Systems (“we”). It describes TTT, a desktop trading terminal for crypto perpetual futures, and T0 Lang, its scripting language.

These terms cover the website, the waitlist, and selling scripts in the catalog (see “Selling scripts”). The terminal itself will be licensed under separate terms that you will be shown before you pay for or install it.

02The waitlist

Joining is free. It means you ask us to write to you when something worth knowing ships and when TTT launches.

It creates no obligation for either of us. We do not promise a launch date, a feature, a price, access, or a place in any queue, and we may change or close the waitlist at any time. You may leave it at any time (see the Privacy Notice).

03Who may join

You must be at least 18, or of legal age to trade where you live if that is higher, and you must give your own email address.

04Your answers

The questions after the address are optional. Answer them as truthfully as you can; we use them as the Privacy Notice describes and for nothing else.

05Using the site

Do not use the site to send other people's addresses, to sign up by script, to probe or overload it, or to get in where you are not meant to. If you find a way in, tell us through the Security page instead of using it.

06Trading carries risk, and nothing here is advice

Trading crypto assets, and leveraged perpetual futures in particular, can lose all the money you put in, and with some products more than that. Results of a backtest or of any past period do not predict future results.

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice or an invitation to trade. TTT is software: it is not a broker, an exchange or an adviser, and it does not hold your funds.

07A product in development

The site describes software that is still being built. Features, measurements and limits can change, and a figure shown was measured on the hardware stated beside it.

08Selling scripts

An account with a running Creator licence may submit T0 Lang scripts to be sold in the catalog. You confirm that you wrote what you submit, or have the right to sell it, and that it does not take, send or misuse anybody's data, keys or funds.

Every submission is compiled and read by a person before it is published, and may be refused with a reason. We may take a published script off sale when it breaks these terms or the law; buyers keep what they bought unless it is harmful.

You keep the copyright in your scripts. You give T0 Systems the right to store, compile, review, list and deliver them to buyers. Buyers receive a compiled copy for their own account only, never the source; we do not show your source to anybody but the people who review it.

You are paid the share of each sale shown on your creator page, in USDT, to the address you give, when you ask and your balance is at least the minimum shown there. You are responsible for the taxes on what you are paid.

A strategy is published with its record and its robustness tests (Monte Carlo, walk-forward, parameter sensitivity), run in the terminal's Publish window. We compute its figures and its Monte Carlo again from its trades; its walk-forward and its sensitivity are shown as your terminal computed them, and the page says so. A version's record is written once and cannot be changed or removed by you afterwards: you may edit the words of its page, and publish a new version with its own record. You must not send results you know to be false.

09The marketplace: users selling to users

The marketplace lets users list and sell things to other users: files and programs, codes and keys, services, access to other sites, and scripts and datasets. Each sale is between the buyer and the seller. T0 Systems provides the place and, for some sales, holds the payment (see “Payment, escrow and fees”). It is not a party to the sale: it does not make, own, check or endorse what is sold, and it does not promise that anything sold is what it says, works, is safe or is legal.

10You buy at your own risk

What users sell can be harmful or untrue. Programs may contain viruses, malware or hidden functions. Sellers may not deliver, may deliver something different from what they described, or may be dishonest or running a scam. Services and information may be wrong, and a promised return is never certain.

We run automatic checks and review some listings, but those checks are limited: they find some known problems, not all, and they cannot find a harm that is new or hidden. Every file sold is scanned for known malware when it is sent and again every day, and a file found infected is removed and its listing taken down; a scan finds only what is already known, so a clean scan is not proof that a file is safe. The SHA-256 of each file is shown so you can check it elsewhere too. A listing being on sale is not our approval of it. Check what you buy and who you buy it from, do not run what you do not trust, and when in doubt use a separate computer, account and wallet. Never give anyone your private keys, seed phrases or passwords: nobody here needs them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, T0 Systems is not responsible, and accepts no liability, for loss or damage of any kind that comes from something bought or sold on the marketplace, whether or not we reviewed the listing. That includes viruses and malware, stolen funds or data, scams and fraud, a seller who does not deliver, a product that is defective, unlawful or not as described, and the conduct of any user.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for our own fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or takes away a right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

11Payment, escrow and fees

Files and codes are paid once, to a wallet T0 Systems operates for the marketplace, on the network you choose. Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, what you bought is delivered to your account and the seller's share is sent on to the seller automatically; our share stays with us. A sale delivered this way is final: we do not refund it, and a blockchain payment cannot be undone. The money passes through that wallet only on its way to the seller and is not a deposit or an account kept for you.

If a code is paid for after the seller's stock ran out, the payment is held, not passed on, until the seller adds a code, which is then delivered to you. If none comes, open a dispute: a reviewer may send your payment back from the same wallet, to the address you give, on the network you paid on.

Services and access to other sites are paid to T0 Systems and held in escrow until you confirm that you received what was sold, or seven days after the seller marked it as delivered if you have not opened a dispute. Then the seller is paid. If you open a dispute before that, the payment stays held and a reviewer decides whether it goes to the seller or back to you, from what both of you show. That decision is final within the platform. A refund is sent by hand, in USDT, to the address you give, and may take time.

T0 Systems keeps a share of each sale. The share can differ from one seller to another, and the one that applies to a sale is fixed when its order is placed. The price you see is the whole price you pay, split between the seller and T0 Systems; the network fees of your payment are extra and are yours.

12What may not be sold

You may not list or sell: malware, spyware or anything made to harm a computer, an account or a wallet; stolen, hacked or leaked data, accounts or funds; other people's personal data; anything that is illegal where you or the buyer live; promises or guarantees of profit or returns, and “signals” or schemes of the pump-and-dump, Ponzi or pyramid kind; anything that asks the buyer for private keys, seed phrases or passwords; anything that needs the buyer to pay or talk outside the platform to complete the sale; data or files that you do not have the right to sell, including other people's paid content, or public data presented as your own; or anything that infringes someone's rights.

13If you sell

You answer for what you sell: that it is yours to sell, that it is what the listing says, that it is delivered, and that it does not harm the buyer. Keep your listing and your stock true.

You agree to compensate T0 Systems for any loss, cost or claim, including reasonable legal costs, that comes from what you sell or from your breaking these terms. The taxes on what you earn are yours.

Choose how many of an item are sold and whether it will ever be restocked. An item marked as a limited edition will not be restocked, and you cannot undo that.

14Our right to act, and reviews

We may refuse, review or take down any listing; hold an escrow payment; freeze a seller's payouts while a claim or a dispute is looked at; take away a seller's faster publishing; and suspend or end an account, at any time, with or without notice, when we think these terms, the law or other users are at risk. A buyer keeps what they bought unless it is harmful. When we take a listing down we tell its seller why.

Only a buyer of an item may rate and comment on it, once. A review must be honest, about the item, and free of insults, personal data and advertising. We may hide one that is not.

15Ownership

The site, its text, the TTT and T0 Lang names and the logos belong to T0 Systems or its licensors. You may read and link to the site. Unless a page says otherwise, you may not copy it beyond what the law allows.

16No warranty, and limits on our liability

The site and the waitlist are provided as they are, without promises that they will be available or free of error.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights a consumer has under the mandatory law of the country where they live.

17Changes

These terms carry a version date, shown above. When they change in substance the date changes, and when the change affects what we do with your data we tell you at the address you gave. We keep the version you accepted with your sign-up.
