What a licence is
A licence runs for the days you bought and then stops. Nothing renews on its own. Buying again while one is running adds the days to the ones you have left.
Buying
- 01On the Buy page, pick a length and the chain you want to pay on.
- 02You are given an address and an exact amount. Send exactly that amount.
- 03When the transfer is confirmed, the activation code is emailed to you.
Why the amount has decimals you did not choose
The amount is how your payment is recognised. Every open order has an amount no other open order has, down to the last digit, and that is the only thing linking a transfer on a public chain back to you.
A payment that is short is recorded as short, with its transaction hash, and one that is not recognised is recorded as unmatched. Nothing is swallowed: write to us with the hash and it is found.
If your payment is not noticed
Paste the transaction hash on your order page. That checks the chain for that one transaction straight away.
Activating
Paste the code into the terminal's activation screen, or press Activate beside the purchase on your Account page. Whichever is used first uses the code.
When it runs out
The terminal asks for a new code. If you hold a position, you can still close it, cancel orders and move a stop. Your saved layouts stay yours and stay reachable.
